PowerEdit – End User Licence Agreement

This software is copyrighted freeware. The software can currently be used without charge but the author retains full rights to the program.

This license agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the author of this software. By installing or otherwise using this software you agree to be bound by this agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not install or use this software.

This Agreement will immediately and automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree upon termination to promptly destroy the software together with all of its component parts, prior and replacement versions, and all copies and modifications thereof in any form.

You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original software to anyone; and distribute the software and documentation in its unmodified form using email, ROM\RAM media, however you are not allowed to have copies of the software on your website for download without the express written permission of the author. There is no charge for any of the above.

You are not allowed to have copies of the software on your website\FTP site or any other publicly accessible area for download or any other purposes without the express written permission of the author – you should instead have a link to the relevant download pages on www.johnmote.com

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies.

If such a system is in use, the distribution / sharing registration keys or bypassing the registration process using any means is strictly prohibited.
