How to un-install

To remove the add-in from memory:

1. Start Excel.

2. Choose Add-Ins from the Tools menu.

3. In Add-Ins dialog box remove the tick mark from the item called ‘Formula Mapper’.

4. Click OK.

The Formula Mapper will now be removed from memory, and the Map Formulas item on the Tools menu will be removed.

To remove the add-ins files from the computer:

1. Perform the tasks above “To remove the add-in from memory”.

2. Close Excel.

3. Go to the directory where the Formula Mapper files are located and delete them.

Notes

The Add-Ins command will be disabled on the Tools menu if a workbook is not open.

The Formula Mapper consists of two files:

1. Formula Mapper.xla – this is the formula mapper add-in.

2. Formula Mapper Help.chm – this is the formula mapper help file and should be installed in the same location as Formula Mapper.xla.

The Formula Mapper does not make any changes to any .ini files or the registration database (see the privacy help topic file for further information).
